Prior to joining PC Capital, Alejandra was the Deputy Director at “Alianza Médica para la Salud”, a NGO that offers
world-class training to Mexican physicians to improve the quality of health care services in Mexico.
She has more than 6 years of experience in the Mexican Federal Government, as Chief of Staff at the Undersecretary
of Competitiveness and Standards at the Secretary of Economy and at the Undersecretary of Transportation. She also
worked in the National Commission for the Development of Indigenous Communities implementing productive projects for
indigenous women.
In the financial sector, she worked in Banorte as Deputy Director of Customer Experience. During her masters degree
she did an intersnship in the Latin Economic Development Corporation, a microfinance institution in Washington D.C.
Alejandra has a masters degree in Development Economics from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts
University and holds a B.A. in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Mr. Barahona throughout his professional carrier, has had many administrative titles such as marketing, product
development, strategic planning, sales, HR and logistics and distributions in various companies like Alfa,
Pepsico, Games and FEMSA. Mr. Barahona, has also held CEO positions in AeroMexico, Mexico’s largest airline,
Alsea, owner of more than 2000 restaurants in Latin America (with brands like Domino’s Pizza, Starbucks Coffee,
Burger King, Chilis’s, etc…), Alis Foods (with brands like Papa John’s Pizza Mexico, Alitas Restaurante Chain,
Grupo Filoa, etc.).

Mr. Araujo has a strong background in corporate finance and business strategy, as well as expertise with helping
companies in scaling up and institutionalizing. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Araujo Co-founded PC Capital’s Growth
Equity practice and has participated in several opportunities as an Angel Investor. Mr. Araujo has more than 12
years of international investment banking experience across Mexico.
Prior to PC Capital, Mr. Araujo worked in BBVA’s
Investment Banking Division specializing in Corporate Finance and M&A for Grupo BBVA in Mexico City for three years.
This team focused specifically on providing corporate finance services for mid/large-cap companies in Mexico, the
US, and Latin America. Prior to BBVA, Mr. Araujo worked in Wealth Management at BBVA Bancomer for almost five years,
where he advised and managed a portfolio of assets for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) of about $150.0 Mn USD. At
this time Mr. Araujo was certified by the AMIB (Asociación Mexicana de Intermediarios Bursátil) as an Investment
Strategy Advisor and a Financial Advisor (equivalent to the series 7). He has also served as a Member in the Board
of Advisors for several companies such as Renueva Commercial, Cesar Pizza, Universidad Internacional, Grupo Filoa
and Grupo Came.
Mr. Araujo has an MBA in finance from Instituto de Empresas Business School (IE) in Madrid, Spain.
He also holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) in Mexico City,

Gabriel Espana is a seasoned business leader with over three decades of extensive experience in emerging markets
investing and project finance, covering infrastructure & renewable energy, industrials, health & education,
financial services, agribusiness and tourism, services & real estate sectors. During his career, he has worked on
projects covering over 50 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia, Africa, and Europe. He joined
Iskali Capital Group (ICG) as Managing Director & CEO in January 2020 and is currently based in Washington DC. ICG
is an Investment Banking Platform that supports investment opportunities in Emerging Markets, providing Development
Banking Services to companies and projects to deliver both, strong risk-adjusted returns and positive social impact
in support of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Iskali Capital Group investment and advisory services
focuses on infrastructure, agribusiness, healthcare, real estate, education and access to finance. Additionally,
Gabriel is President for the Americas of the International Association of Financial Executives Institutes, IAFEI.
Prior to joining ICG, he spent over 20 years at International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector
investment and financing arm of the World Bank Group. During his tenure at IFC, he has held several leadership
positions, developing and managing a USD 3.7 billion portfolio of new transactions in emerging countries. During his
early career, he held senior positions in Investment Banking at Rothschild and Citibank. Gabriel is Civil Engineer
from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM), graduated with the highest national awards, he earned his
MBA from IPADE Business School, Mexico City, Mexico. Gabriel has professional studies on management and finance from
INSEAD, the Columbia University Business School, the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS), the Aspen
Institute (member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network) and is also a Board Member of the Mexican Institute of
Finance Executives (IMEF).

Joined PC Capital in 2021. Prior to joining the PC Capital team, Gonzalo worked as a Financial Analyst at TERA
Capital, where his duties included benchmarking analysis for selected companies, involvement in the creation of
industry reports, financial and operational analysis for selected companies, and involvement in valuation and
financial modeling exercises for the firm. Additionally, Gonzalo has completed the Flagship Program from Wall Street
Prep. Gonzalo has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.
In his role at PC Capital, he analyzes current projects as well as new opportunities in quantitative and qualitative

where his main responsibilities included financial analysis, portfolio management, and advice clients on the use of
revolving credit lines. Jorge has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Laura has 18 years of experience as head of treasuries and administrative areas of different companies and has
specialized in preparing cash flows, restructuring processes and optimizing cash management. Prior to joining PC
Capital, she was head of treasury of Kaluz, family office of Del Valle family.
She spent 7 years at Corporación Interamericana de Entretenimiento (CIE), where she worked as head of treasury of
the Commercial Division, Parks Division and as part of the Corporate Treasury performing analysis and consolidation
of the group’s cash flows. She served as head of treasury for Volaris and was in charge of the company’s operation,
relationship with banks, corporate presentations and management of national and international stations. In addition,
she was responsible for the administration and financial management of the pharmaceutical Randall Laboratories, a
family company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of generic drugs.
Laura holds a degree in International Business from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte.

In 2013 Mr. Garza was appointed as Chairman for Mexico of the WPP Group. His advertising and communications career
started at Y&R in 1972. Later in 1981, he joined Leo Burnett. In his 14 years tenure at LB he reached several top
positions. In 1995 Mr. Garza started the operation of Saatchi & Saatchi in Mexico. Four years later, in 1999, he
joined Ogilvy & Mather as President and CEO, becoming its Chairman in January 2011. In his tenure, he became a
member of the Board of Directors of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide.

Luis is a seasoned investment banker with 7+ years executing project & structured finance, M&A, restructuring, and
LBO transactions in Latin America. He has been member of high-performance teams executing deals over US$3 Bn,
primarily in the natural resources and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining PC Capital, Luis served as capital markets manager for Kueski, the largest Mexican BNPL Fintech; as
an investment banking Vice President at Ernst & Young; and as team member of Sabadell’s and Banorte’s structured &
project finance team.
He holds a BS in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

Mr. Cervantes has accumulated a vast experience as a board member of some of Mexico’s leading corporations,
investment banker and operator of several industries. Pablo serves or has served on the board of Kuo, Dine, Beta
Santa Mónica, BCBA Impulse, among others. Prior to PC Capital, Mr. Cervantes worked as a banker for IXE bank in
Mexico and JPMorgan in New York.
Mr Cervantes has also served as CEO fo Polycrom, one of Mexico’s leading
conglomerates with over US$500 MM in revenues generated from its agriculture, dairy products, sugar processing, and
real estate businesses in Mexico and Spain.
He is a Chemical Engineer from Universidad Iberoamericana and holds an MBA from Mexico’s IPADE Business
School.

Over the last 25 years, Mr. Coballasi has worked as a private equity investor, investment banker and consultant in
the United States and Latin America. In 2008, Mr. Coballasi co-founded PC Capital and over the last 14 years, he
help built PC Capital into Mexico’s leading private equity and investment banking firm.
Before PC Capital, Pablo served as Vice President of FondElec Capital Advisors in Stanford, CT, where he helped manage a Private Equity
portfolio of over US$600 MM of mainly telecom and energy investments, and as a consultant for Deloitte
Consulting/Braxton Associates.
He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Management of Technology from
Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, Pablo serves in the
investment committee of PC Capital, ELJ and the Mercersburg Academy, and on the boards of Te Creemos Holding, Rancho
los Molinos, Medios Cattri, Lightbox OOH, GLJ Capital, the Mercersburg Academy, and Mexico’s Private Equity
Association (AMEXCAP). The assets under management of the investment committees in which Pablo participates exceed
$1.3 billion.

Vannesa Ajuria joined PC Capital in 2016 as an Office Manager. Among her main functions are administrative and accounting tasks. Prior joining PC Capital, Arturo worked as a full-time Transfer Pricing Consultant at Deloitte. His activities
involved the elaboration of transfer pricing documents, assisting in business and documents requirements, and full
depth research on various industries. Arturo has experience in the import/export industry developing and
implementing business strategies. He recently passed the CFA Level I examination.

Hermann has over 30 years of experience in diverse areas of business, which has provided him with a broad exposure
to international corporations as well as diverse business cultures.
For almost 10 years, Hermann was a Senior Partner at ConTrade Mexico, a consulting firm specialized in assisting
foreign companies enter the Mexican market. For 3 years, he was a director of Market Intelligence Unit at Marketing
Group, which is one of the largest market research and intelligence firms in Mexico. Mr. Warnholtz was also a
pioneer in the introduction to Mexico of the franchising system, being one of the founding members of the Mexican
Franchise Association.

to acquire a mid-sized company in Mexico or the United States. Among the activities he performed were, analysis of

Has 20+ years of experience in Corporate, Private, and Investment Banking. Before PC-Capital, Jorge held analyst and
associate positions in GE Capital’s risk area, structuring 80+ operations adding more than US $ 700MM in transaction
loans. He later joined Citi Private Bank as VP leading the private aircraft financing program. Jorge has specialized
in M&A within the K12 and Higher Education segments for the last ten years, representing schools and private equity
funds in Mexico, the United States, and other Latin American countries. He served as Director of Cognita Schools in
Mexico and VP of M&A at University Ventures Fund. Jorge has also worked as an independent consultant for schools in
diverse investment projects.
He has a BS in Industrial Engineer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and holds an MBA from Darden School of Business
at the University of Virginia.

Juan Pablo has over 15 years of experience in management positions. He has worked in the automobile industry, public
health, telecommunications, education and housing developments at companies such as GM, Zeneca, Novartis, MaxCom,
and Integer Group. His main areas of expertise are corporate finance, business development, capitalization,
strategic planning, negotiation, internal control and marketing.
Mr. Morfin has been in the financial sector since
1999 and has managed business units, assets and capitalization in over 15 countries in Europe, South America and
North America. Juan Pablo is an Industrial Engineer who graduated from Universidad Anahuac del Sur, has an MBA from
the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and is a PhD candidate in Strategic Planning by Universidad Anahuac del
Norte.

Mr. Coria has been an investment banker for more than 20 years. He has been a Partner and Managing Director at PC
Capital since 2014. Prior to PC Capital, Mr. Coria was the Head of BNP Paribas’ Corporate and Investment Banking
team in Mexico for 7 years. Previously, he spent several years working in Senior Investment Banking positions for
JPMorgan in New York and Mexico.
Luis has participated in leading roles in debt and equity capital financings worth more than US$1.5 Billion, M&As
worth more than US$2 Billion and in other relevant financial transactions.

Prior joining PC Capital, Mauricio worked as a Strategy Analyst at Resuelve tu Deuda, a company that gives financial
advisory services to debtors who have fallen into the problem of over-indebtedness. His activities consisted in
managing the monthly budget for customer acquisition in Brazil and Colombia, designing annual budgets to meet
investors’ requirements, and analyzing growth strategies to meet profitability goals.
